Let me tell you how this whole website got started, and how I can serve you.
I have been an ebay seller, etsy maker, Amazon merchant, and a few other sites that are less than popular seller. I have learned a little about what makes the online world tick. I am pretty successful at the whole thing, having sales over $400,000 in the last year. Not too shabby.
In April 2015, I decided to open a brick and mortar store. I needed a place to have my stylish pieces for girls (and a few boys) and I found it at Showplace Market in Moore, OK. I have since expanded to their other location in Stillwater, OK. But the part that I love best is going to “market” and seeing the new stuff and the trends and seeing what will be available for the next season. If you have sold clothing for a while, you know there are lots of seasons and you have to invest if you want to have something in your shop for all of them. You may or may not be comfortable with what you purchase and the minimums are certainly enough to put a huge dent in your budget. Still, I love the market.
My goal is to share that love with you as well. I want to share the new clothing, shoes and accessories that I find at the shows that I attend. I am going to show you information from the vendors and merchants that I meet at the shows and through my own contacts. I have been doing this for over 10 years in some form or fashion and I *love* sharing with shop owners and customers. And my favorite part is that I want this site to be about the boutiques that are all over the country with their own special unique form and style. When you walk into a cute shop and you “oohh” and “aahh” – that’s the stories I want to tell. So let me know if you have one of those shops so I can tell your story. If you want to learn more about my shops at Showplace Market, they are on the blog at http://www.boutiquechat.com/nickannys-treasures/.
