After retiring from a career in mental health administration, Faydra was finally free to pursue her hobbies in a whole new way. She always had a passion for fashion, styling, and entrepreneurship, and she couldn’t wait to spend time in the fashion industry. What she discovered broke her heart. Many of the boutique owners she admired were hiding a pretty big secret. They were stressed to the max, felt disconnected from other boutique owners and were falling out of love with owning their stores.
Faydra realized that her 23-year career in leadership could make an impact for boutique owners who needed to know that they could own their boutiques and their lives. So she partnered with her daughter Meaggan, a Sacramento State graduate with a degree in fashion and marketing to create Boutique Chat, a place for owners to connect, collaborate, and celebrate.
Their combined knowledge, enthusiasm, and energy is making a spark and re-igniting boutique owner’s passion for their businesses and their lives.
